Moments of Cupping
One of the best moments is when we can devote ourselves to the tests and evaluations of the "Samples" sent by our partners, specifically in this photo we report a shot where we had the pleasure and honor of trying coffees from different origins and with methods of different processing from "Washed" to "Natural" each of these with different organoleptic characteristics but in their own way all interesting balanced profiles, with the right acidity and sweetness.
Specifically, in this session we had the pleasure of trying different Specialty Coffees which according to the classification of the SCA have reached scores between 84 and 88 with citrus notes, red fruits, honey, etc.
In this Cupping session the H.A.C. has cup 50 different coffees by evaluating the organoleptic characteristics with consequential evaluations of use, extraction and insertion in blends or not.
What about collaborating with professionals and evaluating the right options for our company and our partners.
